Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja avautuu olohuoneeseen luoda yksi iso tilava huone, suuri Family Time. Tämä ihana tilaa on panoraamanäkymät Santa Monica kaupungin ja Ocean. Keittiö on astianpesukone, iso jääkaappi, kaksi työtasot, mikroaaltouuni, neljä levyn liesi, kahvinkeitin, espressokeitin, Tea Pot ja kaikki mitä tarvitset.
Olohuone on iso tv mukava sohva ja kaksi siipi tuolit. Tämä sohva muuttuu Queen size-vuode ja on aivan uusi.
Makuuhuone 1 on Queen size-vuode vuodevaatteet. Suuri Closet ja kaksi keittiökaapit on parveke ikkuna luonnon valoa, josta on näköala länsipuolella kaupungin kohti rantaa.
Makuuhuone 2 oli kaksi erillistä vuodetta, vuodevaatteet. Kaksi suuri koko erillistä vuodetta voidaan työntää yhteen Queen size-vuode. Nice suuri vaatekaappi ja kaksi Armoire.
Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on poreallas ja erillinen kaakeloitu suihku.
Toinen Kylpyhuone on kaunis kaakeloitu suihku.
Henkeäsalpaavat Terassi on upeat näkymät Santa Monica vuorten ja valtameren BBQ ja ylempi näköalatasanne.

Perfect location
North of Montana is the best area to stay in Santa Monica. Walking distance to the Whole Foods, classic theater and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful dining on rooftop patio.

Wonderful stay
We thoroughly enjoined our stay at this beautiful home. The location the layout the cleanliness was amazing! The rooftop by far was the absolute best part. It was private and scenic. We could not have asked for more! Eatery and shops steps away. Quiet safe neighborhood. Sara left us beautiful flowers and fresh milk such a nice touch.

Beautiful house, great location
We loved staying in this grand house. Great location, with beautiful views from the top deck. The unit was very clean in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend staying here, although 1) the kitchen has the very basic pots, pans, and utensils with no storage containers or plastic wrap to save food, nor basic salt/pepper you would expect; and 2) the third room is detached from the main unit so not great for young kids. I agree that the description could be clearer to set expectations. Still, a great place for a visit to Santa Monica.

Beautiful terrace in the perfect location!
This is a beautiful house with a gorgeous terrace in one of the best neighborhoods in Santa Monica. The owners live downstairs and the apartment is upstairs and has a separate entrance. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the listing is a little misleading. The apartment has a nice master bedroom, a very nice master bathroom and a second bedroom with no windows and a tiny half bathroom (toilet and sink but no shower or bathtub). The third (very small) bedroom (with no closet) and the second full bathroom are outside the apartment and can only be accessed through an outdoor hallway. We were 2 couples, my husband and I, plus our son and daughter-in-law and we ended up all using the master bathroom. However, we really enjoyed the place and spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace!

Gorgeous house in a gorgeous neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and stores. 15 minute drive from the beach. The view from the rooftop is stunning. The house has stairs, so may not be appropriate for people with certain disabilities or small children. We loved it.

Perfect!
Joe and Sara are wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, thoughtful to welcome us with fresh flowers, a hand written note, a breakfast Danish, and fresh milk when we arrived, and kind to accommodate some friends we wanted to have over to show off their amazing rooftop. The view from the deck is amazing and a great place to relax after a day of visiting nearby LA sites. We loved the quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and exploring Montana street. Also, enjoyed being close enough to go for a morning run to beautiful Palisades Park. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, even a full size washing machine and dryer. I especially appreciated the filtered water (thanks!). The kitchen was a good size, but I have to confess, we didn't do a lot of cooking since we were on vacation, mostly reheating. There's a full size fridge so it fits a lot of pizza boxes. ha! The beds were all comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Even though the property is near the beach, it was nice to have AC which worked very well. When we first arrived, it was fun to open all the doors and find all the rooms. It has a unique flow but reminds you that you're in LA and we loved the good use of all the space! Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Lovely Space in Santa Monica
We loved staying here! The space was lovely, the outdoor/upstairs space was so unique and served as a great alternative hangout spot. The kitchen was nice, pots and pans, coffee maker. Though, there were no condiments, so be aware that if you're planning on cooking, you need everything-including salt, pepper and oil.

Made our trip!
This property was the PERFECT spot for our family to enjoy the sights in and around LA! We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooftop deck gave us a beautiful place to relax. To have a reserved parking spot was PRICELESS. To be able to walk to shops on Montana was icing on the cake. Sara was quick to respond to any and all questions. To walk into their place to fresh flowers, snacks, coffee and milk in the fridge was icing on the cake! The roof alone!
We loved our stay here. They added great little homey touches to the home. Great location to the places we needed to be for our work trip. Also walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. But make sure you leave time to enjoy the roof and soak in the views.
