Our centrally-located suite is part of a larger home that is inside a gated group of condos in up-and-coming North Inglewood. The main home and this suite cannot access each other’s indoor spaces. They each have their own entrances and there is zero shared indoor spaces.

Ideal for solo travelers or couples– there are separate powder room and shower entrances directly from the living room area.

* Private Studio Suite (280 sq ft) *
This private-entry suite is 280 square feet (see floor plan layout in photos) and includes all utilities and WiFi.

* Sleeping & Comfort *
One full/double bed with a brand new Dual Gel Memory Foam mattress, plus one futon. Starter set of sheets and towels included, along with extra blankets.

* Bathroom *
One shower with excellent water pressure, plus a separate powder room with toilet and sink.

* Micro Kitchenette (Light Cooking Setup) *
Includes a portable induction stove “hot plate” with compatible cookware, mini-fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, blender, and a full set of dishes, flatware, and kitchen utensils. Please note: there is no kitchen sink, stove/oven, range hood, or dishwasher.

* Climate Control *
Mini split AC/heater with remote control, plus two dehumidifiers.

* Laundry *
In-unit washer and dryer for your exclusive use.

* Entertainment & WiFi *
Free WiFi with strong signal and a 45” SmartTV with Roku.

* Starter Supplies *
Complimentary starter coffee, tea, cooking essentials, toiletries, linens/towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional amenities are the responsibility of the guest or can be provided for a fee.

* Parking *
Free street parking only where available. No private parking.
