- Quiet hours are 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM per neighborhood rules.
Any violation may result in immediate eviction and loss of deposit.

Guests & Visitors

- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- No unregistered visitors without prior approval.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 occupants including children & infants

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside.
- You may smoke outdoors only and must properly dispose of cigarette butts.

Cleanliness & Care
- Please treat the home as your own and leave it tidy at checkout.
- Wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher.
- Take out trash to the outdoor bins before leaving.
- Do not move furniture or unplug electronics.

Damage & Maintenance
- Report any damage or issues right away so we can address them quickly.
- Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Parking
- Park only in designated spaces.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighbors’ access.

Safety
- No open flames, candles, or incense indoors.
- Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security cameras.
- Turn off lights and A/C when leaving the home.
