OK airport hotel with poor service.
As an airport hotel the Four Points by Sheraton is ok except the reception personal. They are not interested at all about their customers and are unwilling to help on anything. On checking out the receptionist was not willing to print me a receipt and when I received it on email it was wrong. She had charged me an extra parking night worth of 50,- $. Also during the the three nite stay the wifi was working on any Android device due to the hotel's expired security codes. Wifi worked fine on my daughters I-Phone though.

We aim to make each guest feel welcome and assisted, and it's disappointing to have missed the mark in this instance. Furthermore, we note there was a misunderstanding regarding your bill and you faced some inconvenience with the WiFi. These are certainly not the standard practices we aim to uphold. We sincerely hope that you give us the chance to correct these impressions on a future visit.

Check in first at 4 pm and even they had free rooms, the unpolite gay at the reception wanted us to pay 50 dollars for the check in earlier, which we refused. The breakfast was missing both cheese and ham and still the price was 23 dollars. The furniture at the breakfast room was broken and the chairs filling was running out. 11 dollars extra charge was taken from my credit card without any explanation. Never again will I stay here.

Really ok for a nights airport stay!
Stayed one night after arriving to LAX. Rooms are old and outdated, but sheets and towels are clean. Food in the restaurant is good, and the breakfast as well had several options. The staff is absolutely awesome. Welcoming, helpful and friendly. They are the five stars of this place!

Flew in from Europe and had to over night near LAX. This property had an affordable nitely rate. The 24 hour airport shuttle was wonderful and picked us up right away. Morning shuttle driver back to the airport was so kind and carried all the luggage on and off the shuttle. Great food in the lobby and open until 11 pm

Kind and bilingual staff. The shuttle bus to the airport was convenient, runs every 20 minutes. Everything was really clean, the furniture of the room feels kind of old, but everything was okay.

I’ve stayed at Motel 6s cleaner than here. Bathroom had severe mold, we woke up coughing and congested every morning. Ceiling was leaking water w/ mold so had to throw away some of my makeup and tooth brush. They don’t mention about the $55 a day parking and there is no where else to park so you no choice Kids running around the hallway People banging and slamming doors all night Previous guests hair on the floor and in the shower Tv didn’t work Gave my room away (paid for deluxe) put me in a standard room and said I could upgrade in the morning and then told me they’re sold old and would reimburse me the difference but never did! Stay away: We’re going home sick - congested from how dirty the room is. We’re all coughing.

Property looks nice from the outside, but rooms are so old and the carpet stinks. Not worth the price to be honest. Noisy rooms - people walking by the hallway will wake you up. Good think we only had to stay for less than 8 hours. Could have gotten a better experience at a different hotel for the same price.

This hotel is definitely not up to Marriott standards. It needs a serious renovation both inside the room and throughout the building. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable which was all we cared about during our brief layover in Los Angeles.

We booked two rooms. Both rooms were unclean and disgusting. The bathroom was the worst of it all. I went in to take a shower and the handle for the water came off. The wallpaper was peeling off near the toilet paper holder. Im just disappointed and disgusted! Never again!

Proximity to airport was good. I chose to walk there when landed 1 large suitcases and 1 hand luggage. About 15 min walk. Recommend you have good wheels as the footpath is rough in some areas. Caught the shuttle early morning which was convenient. Also stops at the Sonnesta (could be same ownership) which based on the lobby may be more updated. The room was average from a condition perspective. (Delux King at the end of the corridor. Very functional but old and dated. Bathroom door won't shut. shower head can't adjust downwards, phone didn't work, USB charging on desk didn't work, thermostat didn't work. WiFi didn't work in the room unless you connect in the lobby first. Lifts are old and clunky, I went down to the lobby myself and saw the guy in the shuttle who was leaving in 10mins. Gave me time to get my bags drop the key and head out. If I listened to the lady at check-in the day before I, wouldn't have got to the airport the time I waa told to come down 20 mins later. I will say it was least expensive out of all the hotels in proximity but really in need of renovations. I had a comfy quiet King bed. So it served a solid 7 hr sleep and shower. Nice looking gym, pool and gift store. I didn't use it. It budget motel type room at hotel pricing. You either pay up to $50 AUS more for the area or just accept it.

For it to be a Sheraton it’s outdated. Our room wasn’t clean. There was old food left in the room. The ac didn’t work. Stains on the sheets. Parking fee really high and I expected more from the hotel.

terrible staff, disorganized staff, took half an hour to check in. hotel wasn’t very nice either. rooms were barely average. stay away from here. words can’t describe how bad the staff is.

They fool you into thinking parking is included and then hit you with a $55 daily fee! No traportation, middle of no where
