We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

Three coulples shared this house for a music convention being held at the nearby Pasadena Civic Auditorium and it was a great solution for our 4 night stay. Each room was well decorated, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were sufficient for our needs. The living room was a bit small for the 6 of us but we made it work. We loved sitting out in the beautiful front yard enjoying the amazing weather. The host was helpful and attentive. We did figure out the Nest thermostat although it is a bit tricky. The neighborhood was very safe and a short 15 minute walk to a small. Local burger joint and the Metro Line Allen Station which can take you all over Los Angeles. Most restaurants weren't within walking distance thought but we did get groceries for our stay. Overall we were all pleased with our time in Pasadena and this lovely home.

We were welcomed, getting there and accessing property was a breeze. The parking was great and nice to have 2 spots for cars.The good things were location, price and responsiveness of host.We had coffee pods available (but no coffee maker) and tea, paper towels and laundry detergent.What needs some upgrade are the beds. They are slat bed frames with a flimsy mattress (no box spring), sheets not great, made for hot bedding. The fireplace is not functioning. We bought an ice tray and fixed the unstable little coffee table in the living room. It's a cute little house but just needs someone to live in it, identify its needs and make it more comfortable. But for the price, maybe I am asking too much.

It was rainy and cold when we got there and the house was chilled. The house has a high tech thermostat and there are no directions in the place as to how to use it. I ended up having to google a manual and then it took over an hour to warm the place up. Our bed was horrific. A terrible mattress and no box springs. The bed squeaked horribly when either my husband or I turned over all night long. We had not one restful night of sleep. The host never contacted us one time until after I complained, then said,"Oh I'm sorry", but didn't offer a solution to fix it or restitution for the inconvenience. The internet went out the last night of our stay and the solution provided to fix it didn't work. There was a broken living room table so you can't place a drink on it without fear that it will spill. To end this I will say that I have stayed at lesser expensive locations that were more impressive and well cared for.

Enjoyed our 3-night stay very much. Two-way communication with the host was excellent. Our questions were quickly answered and the host checked in with us a couple of times to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.The house was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and we found the neighborhood tranquil despite being only a block from I-210. Highway access in both directions is convenient but, because of the house's proximity to downtown Pasadena, local streets are a great alternative to the seemingly constant traffic.Although not used for cooking, the kitchen appeared to have everything necessary, including an extensive collection of spices in one of the upper cabinets.Note that beds in all rooms are lower than standard height (which may be a consideration for those with difficulty getting out of bed) but the mattresses are comfortable and provide for a good night's sleep.The two bathrooms were clean with very good water pressure and plenty of hot water.Using the smart-type thermostat was challenging, but we managed to figure it out. We would certainly stay here again!

The property was super clean and the living spaces were cozy and comfortable. I was nervous when I saw how close it was to the freeway, but honestly we didn't even hear it from the house. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The house is only minutes from the Huntington and tons to see and do in Pasadena. The cute little sitting area in the front yard was a nice bonus space to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Home is Pasedna

I stayed at the home with a friend for 3 days. The location was convenient and right off the hwy. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with supplies and various condiments. Private parking was a plus. Loved the lemon tree out front as I was able to make some fresh lemonade every day.

Overall, very good stay. Very good location, short drive to Rose Bowl and parade. Only frustrations were inability to access heat controls (generic YouTube video provided was not helpful), and Keurig machine was not working.

Underwhelmed

First impression of the neighborhood was not good. While checking in, there was a loud altercation across the street from the house. Later, the woman involved came by to apologize which was nice, but disruptive to our evening. We needed to park a third car on the street, which we had to pay for online every night, which was a hassle and not disclosed in the parking information. The kitchen was mostly stocked, however there was no ice in the freezer and no ice trays, so we had to go buy ice. The entire house lacked quality furniture. There was cardboard covering the fireplace—super tacky. The beds were like pull out cots, and made creaking noises with every move. They were low to the floor, not a standard height. The sheets were 100% polyester which makes you sweat because it’s not a breathable fabric. We had to put our suitcases on the floor as there were no luggage racks. There was mold in the grout of both showers, especially the back shower by the laundry room. The thermostat was not intuitive, and there were not instructions provided. Overall, at this price point, we would expect at least as good as a hotel.

Nice and comfy but better need communication w manager.

When we arrived the front door keypad was malfunctioning.  It was 112 degrees outside with no shade on the porch.  It took ten minutes to reach the property manager and forty minutes to gain entrance by the lock operated by the property manager.  The problem persisted that day and half of the next until it was repaired. When we entered indoors it had not been pre-cooled and was 88 degrees. There were no instructions on operating the the thermostat and property manager wanted us to watch a Utube video to learn how to operate the system instead provide written instructions and the house pre cooled. Despite the initial difficulty we had a nice stay. The house was clean and well appointed with spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, located near freeway access and a short distance to downtown. Front garden could use better appealing.

This house has a great location along the 210 corridor. Everything was as advertised and the air conditioning worked great (critical during our visit). We had a comfortable restful stay.

We had a lovely stay; the house worked quite well for Pasadena neighborhood walks and further drives around the region. The owner was very responsive and the house was quite clean.

Wonderful home away from home

The house was very very suitable. It was spacious (enough). It is equipped with all the latest things. A/c worked GREAT! The Shower was wonderful. We enjoyed our time very much. And btw - the location is perfect!

Perfect In Pasadena

I stayed here with two friends last weekend so we could be near the Rose Bowl where we had a concert event. It’s as cute as the photos, a great layout and very functional. The two parking spots in the back were a nice surprise. Everything was very comfortable, all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and great. It was very quiet and pleasant, there is even a wonderful lemon tree in the front yard full of lemons. It is near the freeway but we couldn’t tell at all and it’s far enough away and behind a tall barrier wall so you really don’t notice it. The neighborhood is cute and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Leon was very pleasant and responsive, I’m so happy to have found this spot and will definitely stay here again!

Super clean house in a great location

This location was super convenient for us, and we liked having a big grocery store less than a mile away. This home is pristine, with the nice blue elements in the kitchen as one illustration. The three bedrooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are very nice. The electronic locks on the doors work well, and the HVAC is excellent. Communication with the host was rapid and helpful.
