Upon arrival, you will enter a double gated estate with private and secured entry. Once you drive onto the fountain centered circular driveway, you will experience a world of resort style country living. Adding even more security, the entire property is fully fenced and backs up against The Angeles Forest.

There is a fully gated wade-in resort style swimming pool, including a waterfall jacuzzi, the entire poolside area has a magnificent picturesque view of the surrounding mountains. The pool area contains a table and chairs for dining, lounge chairs, and other chairs to be placed to enjoy the sun and/or the shade.

Perfect for the kiddies -- a swing set/jungle gym in a large sandbox!

When you’re ready to venture out – hike – mountain bike - horseback ride – wine and dine – here’s a smorgasbord of offerings. All within close proximity - a variety of mountain hiking trails throughout the Angeles National Forest, including Placerita Canyon where California Gold was first discovered or visit the silent film star cowboy William S. Hart Museum and The Cowboy Walk of Fame in nearby Newhall.

A must see, the world famous Vazquez Rocks, wherein hundreds of Westerns were filmed. Dogs are allowed in the park, as long as they're leashed. And for boating and fishing, the beautiful Lake Castaic is within 20 minutes.

Enjoy wine tasting at The Reyes Vineyards, 5 Star French Cuisine at Le Chene Restaurant, with wonderful wine and cocktails. Their popular happy hour showcases special prices for a wide variety of items.

The guest house has its own entrance, with self-entry. Recently completely refurbished, with hardwood floors throughout, an upstairs bedroom with a luxurious queen bed awaits you. Beds have high thread count sheets & pillowcases, as well as luxury blankets, comforters and faux fur throws for ultimate comfort of weight & warmth. Only hypoallergenic laundry soap used. The downstairs boasts an open kitchen and living area with extra sleeping accommodations if needed. The guest house can sleep a total of 4 adults.

Off the entryway is a bathroom with a full bathtub and both a waterfall showerhead and a handheld shower.

There is both an upstairs and a downstairs heat and air compressor, which operates with a handheld remote and is so quiet you can barely hear it.

The open area kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. You can choose to stay in and whip something up, or you can DoorDash, Uber Eats, or InstaCart just about anything from nearby Santa Clarita or Valencia.

Pool Instruction
Note: The resort area containing the pool and jacuzzi is more for sitting, dining, and relaxing as one enjoys the panoramic views. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Pool would be used at your own discretion. All minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

The pool and spa are not heated. To heat the pool or spa, additional fees apply, and heating may depend on the season and temperature outside. If you would like to heat the jacuzzi, an hours’ notice is required. The fee for heating the jacuzzi is $17/hour, minimum of 3 hours. If you would like the large pool heated, a one day advance notice is required. The fee for heating the pool is $150.00/day. If the temperature outside is less than 75 degrees, the pool will not be able to be heated.

The Guest House is a NON-SMOKING Area, however individuals can smoke outside. Please extinguish cigarettes carefully. NO FIRES ALLOWED.
