Wonderful Home with stunning views and attentive property manager

This is a beautiful home that just needs to be updated as things are a bit shabby and run down. Tara was very attentive, though, as the house wasn’t truly appointed with items in place and ready to use, like bathroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoos, conditioners) the kitchen just needs items such as kitchen towels, clean new sponges, placemats, etc. I have no doubt that these will be addressed. We had a wonderful time

Wish it matched the pictures and description

The Vrbo listing looked great, but the actual experience was disappointing. The house was outdated and needed significant repairs. There were broken tiles, doors that didn’t latch, two showers without hot water, and the fridge’s water and ice dispensers didn’t work. High-end appliances had been replaced with low-quality ones. The listing showed a beautiful pavilion, rock features, and pathways, but none of these were accessible. The owner informed us on day one that all outdoor areas, except the pool, were owned by a nearby golf course—information that was not disclosed in the listing. The pool was full of debris, and we had to clean it ourselves. We were also told that heating the pool would cost $150 per day, though the listing claimed it was heated. The property had undisclosed surveillance cameras, a violation of Vrbo policies. Worse, we discovered an ant infestation in three beds, as well as in the bathrooms and kitchen. Although someone tried to clean the ants, they returned by morning. Previous reviews also mentioned this issue. We were given the wrong code to access the property, and no key for the front door, forcing us to use the garage as the only way in and out. Lastly, the dining room table featured a carving of a “naked woman,” which was awkward to explain to our grandkids. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations.

Gorgeous property

The property was beautiful & clean. The only issue that my family noticed was that there was a bit of an ant infestation. Lots of ants throughout the property. But other than that everything was amazing , the property manager was extremely helpful and kind . And the home was extremely clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay !

Beautiful Getaway

I was holding an art exhibition in LA and decided to stay at this beautiful house for the night with my team and it was an amazing experience. Truly felt like a dream and the place looked exactly like the pictures advertised. I will be booking again this summer

Publish or Perish Movie Producers LOVE THIS PLACE!

Our executive team and a couple members of the cast stayed here in advance of our Hollywood film premiere and it was fantastic. The home is beautiful with immaculate finishings, but also cozy and comfortable. It is like a high end, small hotel because of all the room with an epic back yard that overlooks Belair country club. The back yard is like a miniature and hosted a gathering of our cast, crew, and some industry folks which according to the guests was great. Our group spent time at the pool, on the porch, and inside...we may have had a couple epic musicians play the lovely piano too....Thanks to the owners. Beautiful home and we will be sure to be repeat guests. #publishperishmovie. #publishmovie

Beautiful Home

This house was exactly what our family was looking for. It exceeded my expectations. It was fully stocked with everything and the host was very responsive to any of our questions. I highly recommend this home for a nice relaxing home away from home!

Just WOW! Best stay yet. It felt like we were in our own resort. Really enjoyed the vibe. Outside area was very cool with so many pathways around the house. Felt like we were in our own sanctuary. Will be coming back for sure

Amazing place !

This was one of nicest homes that I have been in my entire life and I fell in love with the place! The golf course view from the front yard as well as the luxurious bedrooms and interior, along with the spacious living rooms and the piano. Everything in the house was absolutely amazing and the hosts replied very quickly to me and was able to check in and check out without having any problems! I would definitely be wanting to coming back sometime in the future and I am now also motivated to succeed in my career so that I can live in a place like this. Thank you Tara and everyone associated with the house for the great place! I had a great time with my friends and will never forget that night!

Needs some work

This is a beautiful multi-level house with stunning views of the private golf course in a great location! There were a few problems with the place, but I'm going to be as respectful as possible, as Tara was friendly and responsive. On the surface, this is a fabulous house, and the pictures look great, but once you arrive, it's obvious that whoever is taking care of this house needs to put more money into maintaining it. There are many DIY repairs throughout the house, from the paint patches to the duct tape in the kitchen cabinet holding up electrical wires, to the baling wire holding the wobbly little statue at the bottom of the main staircase. I say DIY repairs b/c I can't imagine paying anyone for that level of work. My sister-in-law was shocked (tingling sensation) by some DIY lighting strips while cleaning the kitchen counter. Three bedroom door locks didn't work. There is a window on the first floor that doesn't lock and won't stay shut all the way, so it's always ajar. Most of the beautiful landscape pictures in the backyard are off limits. They told me this once I arrived at the house, "please respect the private property signs that say do not enter ." The area past the pool deck is off-limits, so if you're not going to let people enjoy that area, it shouldn't be advertise as such, or at least make mention in the description. I read an old comment saying it was a shame they couldn't enjoy the back area bc a pump didn't work, from what you can see, that area has not been maintained for a while now. Finally, the microwave didn't work, but I found one in the garage that we used. The most convenient access to the house is through the garage, no remote was provided even after informing Tara there wasn't one in the house, this made it very inconvenient to access the house. The house and location are great, but I would not stay here again given the high price and low level of maintenance. - Billy

Lovely stay!

Tara was incredibly patient and communicative. She made check in seamless. The property was amazing. The views of the golf course were breathtaking! All of my guests were wowed which is exactly the response I was looking for. This home sealed the deal if my hopes of an amazing weekend for my family and I. Would definitely rent again!

Best Rental I Have Stayed In

This house is absolutely incredible. We had a perfect girls weekend here and really enjoyed the house to its fullest. It was impeccably maintained and the property was absolutely breathtaking! The hosts were incredible and so attentive to every question we had! I will absolutely stay here again !!

Perfect resort for vacation
