Surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Nice, comfortable detached unit. Our host, Simin, was very nice and communicated well regarding all aspects of our stay.

Perfect Getaway

As always, this is perfect for a week-long stay in LA. Close to Santa Monica, shopping, and great restaurants. Owner is responsive and unit is very clean and comfortable!

Great spot!

The place was clean and convenient. We visited The Getty and the VRBO was conveniently located for us. Safe, nice yard for our two small pups. Communication with the owner was great!

Quiet and private

The location was very convenient, quiet and the place was separated from the main house with separate entrance which was nice. The couch and the blankets could have been clean little better. Water bottles provided were very thoughtful.

Lovely little place with a great yard for my dogs!

Very cozy space with everything you could need. Roomy enough for myself and two dogs, who loved going out into the yard to sniff around and lounge. Convenient location. It rained for the first two days, but it was warm and cozy inside (which isn't always the case with L.A. homes in winter, so I think it's worth noting in the review). The host was very prompt when I had questions! Really enjoyed my stay.

Adorable guest house in a great location

The guest house is so cute! Simin, the host, thought of everything that you may need to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect to visit the sights in LA. Would recommend for a Los Angeles trip!

Perfect!

I visit the LA area twice each year and stay here every time. The property is lovely, clean, and very safe. The owner responds to any questions very quickly and is very accomodating as needed. Easy access to transportation as well as grocery stores and pharmacies if needed. Water, snacks, and fresh fruit are provided! Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in LA!

Great stay with Simin

We had a great time at Simin’s property. The unit was clean, well cared for and matched with what was presented in the listing photos. We all appreciated the kitchen area, AC and other amenities. It was quiet and close to everything we needed, including grocery stores and freeway access. Simin was a great host, too. Recommended!

Comfy and well located

We very much enjoyed our stay. The residence, with an outdoor patio, had everything that we needed and was clean and well organized. The location is excellent too, and we took advantage of the proximity to the Expo line mass transit service just a block away. We would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable Casita in Convenient Location

We enjoyed our short stay in Simin’s comfortable casita, conveniently located a short distance from Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. Simin is a gracious host who provided many thoughtful amenities.

Great Stay

Check-in/check-out process seamless. Property exactly as portrayed online and very clean. Communication with owner was excellent. Lovely private courtyard and good security. I will stay here again. Complementary water, coffee, fruit, and snacks was much appreciated. Thank you!

Amazing experience

This stay had everything you'd need in an area that is untouched by time it is a quaint,clean place with a yard for our dog away from home.All the amenities helped I only noticed the coffee ☕ for the coffee pot after the fact had already got iced coffee.very quiet peaceful yard surrounded by trees and green grass.I listened and heard birds chirping in the early morning hours.Its such a short ride to the beach we went to the pier in Santa Monica but we enjoyed walking in the area near the little house as well.Simin is a lovely lady! She had the place stocked w plates,cups a frying pan I had my own conditioner but there was shampoo and even a blow dryer in the bathroom.Perfect,quaint cute neighborhood I'm from the mountains but enjoyed my beach ⛱️ trip immensely

Great Spot!

I was passing through, and this was such a great spot for my pup and I. The outside space is completely enclosed, the inside space is exactly like the pictures, except there is an additional fridge, and Simin is a great host! I would definitely come back for a pass through, or a longer stay.

Excellent retreat!

Loved our stay at this location which is next to Santa Monica, Venice and Los Angeles. It is completely private and secure. Simin is most gracious and available if you need her and provides so many extras including fresh flowers, a fruit bowl, waters and drinks. The wi-if connection was great, Netflix and other options on the TV, comfy bed, very quiet. All in all a perfect spot!

Wonderful location and cozy, clean cottage

The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything was in excellent condition and we were very happy to stay for a full week. The location is easy to access with many options for groceries, restaurants, laundromats and amenities. We had a terrific visit and the cottage provided a perfect home base. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit again in the future.

Great location

What a beautiful space! The place was immaculate with every little detail covered. Location has quick access to Santa Monica’s best places. Close to many good places to eat. The side yard is prefect for your pets.
