Modern apartment in Puerto Naos Beach

Modern apartment recently renovated with all kinds of luxuries and thoughtful details. Spacious, bright, and well-located just 1 minute from the seaside promenade at Puerto Naos Beach, and just a 10-minute drive from the city of Los Llanos de Aridane. The apartment features two bedrooms, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom, a living room with a TV, and two balconies that provide natural light and ventilation throughout the day.

The front balcony overlooks the center of Puerto Naos, where you’ll find the bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants. The rear balcony offers beautiful views of the mountains and is perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a glass of wine while gazing at the island’s starry sky.

Just 40 meters away, the seaside promenade runs parallel to the beach and features restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood. A 15-minute drive will take you to the town of Tazacorte and its harbor, and a little further on, the entrance to Caldera de Taburiente National Park. Enjoy your vacation on the island from this central and welcoming coastal town, from which you can explore any route.

There is free public parking very close to the house, so even though the house doesn’t have its own parking, it’s not a problem.

The bus stop is on the same street, although we recommend using a car to explore the island. There are also several companies that rent bicycles and offer active leisure activities such as kayaking, hiking, etc.

Check-in is available until 10:00 p.m. If you plan to check in after that time, please confirm availability and any possible additional charges before making your reservation.
Security Deposit Policy:
Wanderlust Canarias will withhold a security deposit of 150€ during your stay to cover any potential damages. This amount will be automatically refunded within a maximum of 48 hours after your checkout, unless we need to use it—which is highly unlikely. If any damage occurs to the property or its contents during your stay, the amount necessary for replacement will be deducted from this security deposit, and the remainder, if any, will be released within a maximum of 72 hours from the day of your departure.
