Celebrations, meetings and events:

We are happy to provide a space in which to hold meetings and parties.

By renting both townhouses it is possible to hold meetings and parties as long as the maximum number of overnight guests (12) and a maximum capacity of 35 people is not exceeded.

The following requirements must be met:

1) Any type of celebration must be submitted to the host min 1 week prior to the event for approval. We advise you to communicate your intention to hold an event BEFORE booking.
2) Certain events will incur a surcharge which will be billed in addition to the booking fee. The deposit may also vary depending on the event.
3) Payment will be made through the same platform as the booking once approval is obtained from the host.
4) The host will provide a security service to control the capacity whose cost will be part of the additional fee.
5) Approved celebrations are not subject to the hours of silence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. but are subject to common sense and applicable laws.
6) The event organizer is responsible for any damage that he/ she or any of his guests may cause to the property and its contents.
7) Unauthorized celebrations - especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - may lead to immediate eviction from the property.

It is also possible to arrange catering, waiters, barmen etc. through the host as long as a minimum of 1 week's notice is given.
