”We excited for our stay, but we couldn't get air/heater to work, the table lamp didn't work. the carpet is looking pretty bad. for what the price of the room was we didn't feel that the accommodations were worth the price. your staff was very friendly and have no complaints everyone was great. the grounds were beautiful. ”

”We came for my husband’s birthday and at first I was a little nervous it was because it was so hard to find parking but after a couple circles around the lot we found a spot. Tv was difficult to operate and the bathroom door was off the tracks so it didn't close all the way. ”Loved my experience and the location. My room was perfect, enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to the beach. Also, was felt extra spoiled by all the extra goodies the staff wouldn’t stop giving us…will be back!!”

”Beautiful property. Great location. Very clean and modern. My only complaint is the price for valet a night ($45) and the incidental cost a night ($125), seems a bit steep for a hotel in SLO. Nonetheless, there is a public parking building kitty corner from the property for $16 a night. ”
