Casa Hola Mar is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the 82 m² rooftop terrace, offering sun and shade all year round and an unobstructed 180-degree view of the sea. The 88 m² apartment has been fully renovated and newly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a combination microwave/oven/grill. Two bedrooms (one with TV) accommodate four guests and can be darkened with blinds. The bathroom with underfloor heating is accessible from both bedrooms and features a washbasin on each side of the shower. There's an additional washbasin in the guest WC.



A home office workspace allows you to work comfortably with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. The extendable sofa and 4K TV invite you to relax in the living room. Electric shutters keep the room cool. The air conditioning provides cooling in summer and heating in winter. The rooftop terrace has a seating area, loungers, an electric awning, and a sunshade. The washing machine and an extra fridge are located in the storage room.



The apartment has an alarm system for security when unoccupied. During your stay, the system is off and cameras are covered—your privacy is important to us. Towels and bed linen are provided.
