Chalet't – Lossiemouth

”Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters....

”The Bunkhouse B&B is a great location if you are visiting the Speyside area. The owner is friendly and was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Be sure to check out the walking trail in back of the B&B along the Spey river.”

After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. The lodging is on a very busy street in Elgin. The room itself was very nice and clean, so for a solo traveler, or perhaps anyone younger than us, this may have been the perfect stay. It had...
