”I had an amazing time during this stay on the 4th of July weekend! The staff was super friendly especially Nancy! She was the sweetest!! The rooms are very spacious and the beds were comfy and the hot water was perfect is was a nice place to relax after the long day at the lake!! ”

”Great property and management, very clean and professionally run. My son left his wallet in one of the rooms during departure and the housekeeping and front desk staff did an amazing job getting it back to us. This hotel will be on my list anytime we come through this area!”

”Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards”

”It was a busy weekend for the hotel, as there was a sports tournament. it did delay room entry. i wasn’t able to get keys until 6pm and when i received the keys the room still was in the process of being turned over. while my room didn’t have an odor, the rest of the teams rooms had an odor to the point they got candles and room sprays. breakfast was hot and good though. staff was very helpful.”

”Breakfast was interesting. Used the microwave out for guest to make bacon and eggs. Got down at 8 and most things were empty. Wanted to add granola to some yogurt and they were out and didn’t refill. The yogurt comes out of a machine so kind of weird. The silverware was plastic and no forks when initially got down there, before finishing there was no spoons either. Have had better and I’ve had worse ”

”Upon arrival, we found out the pool was closed because of an “incident”. There was a ventilation system problem, so it was incredibly humid with fans in the hallway.. Our room was not clean. The carpet was really old & gross, I was afraid to touch it barefoot. There was hair on the bathroom floor & the lamp shade was splattered with something. We were there on a busy weekend for a football tournament and of course, all hotels around us were sold out. I read so many positive reviews on Expedia...

”My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”
