The hotel staff helped my wife to extend her stay even though it was the busiest period of the year. I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service rendered to me and my wife.”

”Our stay in the Executive tower of Hotel Lotte Seoul was absolutely enjoyable. The room was perfect, the staff members were always friendly and the location was great. On top of it all, we had so many enjoyable visits in the La Cime lounge and at the gym/pool/sauna fasicilities. Thank you!”

”Really nice and affordable hotel with a great location. We had a standard room for two people and it was spagious enough and convenient. The bathroon was great! Also we loved the roof-top area althought there was no bar (at least yet). ”

”We were in this hotel 4 nights on our way home from The Pacific. The location was absolutely fine, with the shoppingcenter, restaurants and museums close by. The rooms were quite comfortable and had everything one would need. The service in the lobby was extremly good. But: The room seemed a bit smallish for all our luggage although we had a premier suite. An extra rack for the luggage would be good. We usel the floor which is uncomfortable. Some renovation was going on, which did not disturb...

”Mainio sijainti metron vieressä, mutta tästä pääset viereisille turistikaduillekin todella helposti. Paremmissa huoneissa ei ole pahaa sanottavaa, kaikki toimii kuten pitääkin. Jääkaappiin ilmestyy pari pientä pulloa vettä joka päivä, joka on yllättävän mukavaa. Alakerrassa 2x nopea pesukone (35 min) ja kuivuri (45 min), todella kiva käydä pesemässä pikkurahalla paidat puhtaiksi.”

”The location of this hostel was amazing. It was right in the middle of Myeongdong close to the subway station and all the stores. I was staying in the four bed dorm which was nice and clean with very fast wifi. ”

”Hotelille oli helppo saapua lentokentältä, sillä bussipysäkki on melkeen suoraan hotellin edessä. Vaikka hotelli on keskeisellä sijainnilla Myeongdongissa, hotelli oli todella hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Jos tulen uudestaan Souliin, voisin yöpyä tässä hotellissa uudestaan. ”

”内装はシンプルな作りで家具のデザインも都会的な雰囲気がすてき。3泊しましたが、帰ってくると綺麗に掃除していただいてあり、特にガラスのシャワールームも水垢、水滴なく気持ちがいい。 繁華街だけあって0時ごろまでは色々聞こえるが深夜は静か。 スタッフも英語が通じて、言わずともタクシーまで手配してくれる気遣い。また利用したいです。”

”Hyvällä paikalla oleva siisti hotelli. Viihdyimme hyvin, ei mitään valitettavaa! Aamupala tarjoillaan ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta oli mainiot näkymät. ”
