”Great location - if you like midtown you’ll love this location. The staff was friendly, helpful, offering to send water up and helped us locate a private car to airport (which was $20 cheaper than an Uber). The room was well maintained and they replaced towels daily, great overall housekeeping. I ate at the restaurant when we arrived late one night and it was better than expected. Overall would stay again.”

”Everything else was great but the quality of service varies a great deal, especially at reception and at the lobby area. So, take an attitude that he or she is just having one of those days.. I heard that the new owners of the hotel have cut of some benefits and that's why some employees don't enjoy their work like they used to. In my opinion as lovely the sorroundings might be, the quality of the hotel depends a lot of its personel's heart to go to work and share their inner kindness and love....
