Amazing! Tellico village lake house with dock!

With stunning views of Lake Tellico and all the amenities you could ask for, you'll never want to leave this tranquil vacation! Located in Tellico Village, a premier lake front community in Loudon, TN , 30 minutes outside of Knoxville. Tellico has 3 beautiful golf courses, walking trails, indoor pool, workout center, pickleball and tennis courts and of course beautiful Lake Tellico.

Lakefront home perfect for a romantic getaway or spacious enough to bring the entire family. Plan your gathering, reunion, golf excursion, fishing trip, The Great Smokies getaway, motorcycle ride through The Dragon, Pigeon Forge with Dollywood and much more! Cozy up indoors on cool days taking in the calm, glistening waters or enjoy the summer sun by the dock .

Bring your water toys and tie them up on our dock. Unfortunately, our boat does not come part of your rental. But you can bring your own boats and water toys or rent one locally.

We allow non shedding and or small dogs under 30 lbs. Contact me for more details!

Our home has 4 beautiful bedrooms, a kids room with 2 twin trundles and a crib and an additional pull out couch in the library. A fully stocked kitchen, with all the dishes and pots and pans you need to feed a large family. There are two big dining tables, one in the kitchen and one in the formal dining room, with an additional table for six on the upper deck.

There are 2 smart TV's and a DVD player, lots of board games, WIFI for you whole family to get online and so much more.

We don't allow weddings or other big events at our property!

This place was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and well stocked. The house had so many little sitting areas if groups needed to break off. We were there in the winter so we didn’t take advantage of the dock, etc., but the view was unbelievable. Sitting in that sunroom restores your soul.

Wonderful lakeside home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were here during a cold spell, but the deck and dock areas would be fantastic in warmer weather. Highly recommend and would be happy to stay again..

Nice home with beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything went effortlessly and owner was great to work with. She responded to any question very quickly. The views are unbelievable, and the house was very clean. Location is perfect. There are plenty of things to do with in one hour drive or just stay back and enjoy the views and swim in the water. We would rent this house again if we return to the area.

Great place to enjoy the lake in a perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this lake home with a great view of the sunrise. Great communication and the home was comfortable and had everything you’d need for your stay. The kitchen is well supplied . With two levels and a screen porch and deck , there is a lot of room to spread out. You need to bring your own water toys etc. It is in the southern portion of the main part of Tellico Village and seems a little less busy. We would love to return.

Beautiful house

The house was nice however only the main bedroom had a tv. We feel every bedroom should have a tv. Our guests missed that feature every night. There were two other tvs in the living rooms. Also the owners were around a few times which was a little awkward. The location was beautiful.

Beautiful home!!

Me and my whole family stayed here. We loved the view as soon as you walk in its breath taking! The dock was right outside the back porch. So much space to just kick back and soak in the peaceful view. The sunroom was a great place to just sit and watch boats go by and relax! We will definitely be back and rent again. The host was amazing and very helpful on prompt.

Beautiful, roomy home with a fine covered dock.

The lake views from the lower level and upper deck are gorgeous. Particularly interesting is the island view where many blue herons are nesting and are quite interesting to watch and listen to. If you’re bring a boat we recommend launching before you arrive so you are only bringing your trailer back to the house. The Clear creek ramp is only a few miles away by road and about one minute on the water. We’ve rented three homes on Norris Lake and this one on Tellico is by far the best. The lake, neighborhoods, amenities and shopping are far superior compared to Norris. There is a grocery store and DG only few minutes away but for restaurants and other shopping, Lenoir City is your best bet.

Beautiful house!

We were in town for a wedding. 6 of us stayed in this beautiful house and had plenty of room. Being on the lake was so peaceful. Would highly recommend this place for your next trip to the area.

Gorgeous lakeside property

We loved this house and property! It was amazing from the moment we walked in and saw the stunning view from the large window in the great room! My mom and 2 of my grown children were there with us to attend a family wedding nearby. We were at wedding activities much of the weekend so didn’t get to fully enjoy our time at this house. But we all agreed we would like to return for a family vacation. My other daughter and her family weren’t able to come due to illness but she has 3 children and this house will accommodate all of us including the grandkids. My 88-yr old mom didn’t want to leave! I’ve lived in Tennessee all my life but have never been to Tellico Village. What a gorgeous place! Can’t wait to return!! Also the owners were excellent at communicating with me. Although we didn’t have any issues, they responded immediately to my questions. They live down the street so I have no doubt they would have quickly resolved any issues if we had any.

Awesome lake house

The house is plenty big for many people and the location can't be beat. Our favorite thing was sitting in the enclosed porch looking out on the water and catching up with our friends. Sooo relaxing. Will definitely return.

Great Family Getaway

The view from the back of the property will not disappoint (even in the dead of winter!). The location is quiet and peaceful. The house comfortably fit our extended family with room to grow. We traveled there with two 3-row seat SUVs and both fit comfortably in the garage. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could ask for. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling in the area.

Tennessee Lake House

This home is beautifully located on Tellico Lake in Loudon, Tenn with glorious views of the Lake and Smoky Mountains especially at sunrise. The home is immaculate and has everything provided to make it comfortable and relaxing for a vacation. The owners are readily accessible if there are questions, provide information on the area, what to do, recommendations on places to eat and it was our third time staying in this home.. I highly recommend it to everyone1

The house was in a wonderful location. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it at the house. Loved watching sunrise over the water. The property was clean, well provisioned and a great fit for our family….plenty of room to spread out.
