”We stayed in 2 rooms. One was in very good condition, the other was slightly run down. Both were clean. The staff members were helpful and polite. Breakfast was more than we expected. Amenities were great - both in terms of appliances and toiletries.”

”This is my second year going for a week & I seriously cannot say anything but great things about this place. From check in to check out it was great. Breakfast was great at hotel- Blueberry Pancakes, maple syrup coffee & hubby had eggs Benny! Firepit at night was good if you are missing a good s'more! Happy Clam restaurant right up road with great food & bar next door for after dinner & music! Adam & Mohammed were awesome at hotel & Tynea & Jenn, Corrina at bar were fun!”

”Staff were good during check in. Easy and informative. The room was clean and spacious with a large deck and ocean view. We had complimentary buffet breakfast, which was very good with lots of food choices. The grounds and buildings could use some maintenance, due to peeling paint and overgrown landscaping. Pool area was clean with a heated pool. Onsite restaurant was limited on food choices. Otherwise this was a very good place to stay as a resort in a quiet beautiful location.”

”This place was excellent! We decided to spend an extra night in Boothbay on a whim and stumbled upon Topside. We loved it so much that we'll absolutely be back. Breakfast the next morning was such a treat. It felt luxurious without being pretentious—beautifully done, warm, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect way to end our stay, and we can't wait to return.”

”We stayed in the Appledore room on the third floor. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The check-in was easy with entry codes emailed prior to. The only caveats were climbing the steep stairs, which could be a problem for some and the restaurant which is below the inn was quite noisy with patrons dining outside until 9:00 pm.”

”This was a very last minute run away for the night for my husband and I and it was perfect in every way, location, was awesome just walking distance to all the shops. Would DEFINITELY stay there again”
