”Clean, quiet, good value ”

”Pool was cold. Not many options for breakfast but staff was friendly and it was comfy and clean”

”Carpet ripped and torn at the threshold. It was a handicapped room and I fear it was destroyed by wheelchairs constantly going over it. Otherwise, room was very nice, quiet and comfortable.”

”When checking in the desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lobby and room smelled clean and everything was in good condition. ”

”Just not what I have been accustomed to from a Doubletree. The staff was amazing. The bathroom had plumbing problems and the carpet was in need of cleaning. ”

”The pool was closed due to "chemicals" problem, a usual device to keep pool closed without trying to fix the problem. The breakfast was poor, with no fruit. Holiday Inns are usually better.”

”First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. The experience...

”The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service”

”Wasn’t notified of the evacuation alert and had fire fighters pounding on and then opening my door”

”comfortable bed, nice room and a great restaurant attached to the hotel on the second floor. The baby grand piano was a nice touch as well, lots of talented people played it while I was there.”

”The largest beautiful the view is beautiful. The rents were very clean and the breakfast was hot and had a good variety. The food was good. We had a lovely stay.”

”Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and clean. There were several unfinished patches on the walls in the room but, other than that it was a decent hotel stay. We felt safe and enjoyed the pool/hut tub.”

”Terrible service the send my room twice and a person entry in my room by 3am, and after that can’t sleep any more, l call service desk and they say sorry we move the person to different room. That is disrespectful. That hotel is very unsafe; something else could have happened. And even with that, they double-charged me, I'm still fighting to resolve to this day.”
