Hotel staff were very courteous and understood our problem with the bleach smell immediately. They told us to contact Expedia to get the refund of what we had paid in advance. ”The room was good and they meet all of my requests. The noise factor was bad. I didn't get much sleep. It sounded like a stampede above my head going on most of the night. I was on the first floor. There was also loud music outside, and a dog inside started barking around 5:30 a.m.”

”We were there for a short stay for a conference, so not much sightseeing was done, but the hotel is in very short distance from the University and great surrounding restaurants.”

”We always bring a black light with us to check the bed for fluids and bed bugs. We needed a new fitted sheet, but there were none available. So, we slept on the mattress pad instead. The shower and rest of the bathroom were gross. Breakfast was good”
