”Room was really clean and the staff were very kind and friendly. They had a really nice espresso machine with it honestly made the stay even better. And they had cookies every evening. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel :)”

”My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to”

”There was one issue, the fitness room did not have wipes for cleaning the equipment. We mentioned it to staff one day one, they said they would replenish immediately but three days later it had still not been done. Otherwise a very pleasant experience.”

”Room was clean and bigger than expected. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Need to have some quality coffee instead of giving just black water with coffee flavor in it. Parking was good but at times, it may not be that big.”

”I had a great stay & was impressed by the breakfast. Yes it has some mileage but it’s pretty clean & I’d totally stay there again if I can ever justify the oddities of having to pay for parking at a slow, suburban hotel area (not a deal breaker, just annoying.) as well as it taking a whole week to get my room deposit back (which is also annoying but probably the biggest reason I wouldn’t rebook if there are other options available.)”

”So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that ..the stay was very nice”

”One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a yummy bonus. We were there Fri and Sat night and the person running the breakfast was on point and super kind. The room was quiet and we slept well. The parking is great being all around the building with easy access. My sister and I enjoyed it so much that when we come back to Boulder in a couple months for another event we set ourselves and other family up to stay...

”The staff was courteous and helpful. the hotel really needs some updates! you hear everything above you, outside the door, below you, and outside! The toilets have trouble flushing and the shower is slick to the point you have to stand on a towel. THE OWNERS NEED TO INVEST IN THIS HOTEL IN A BIG WAY!”

Please be sure to ask the property about your assigned room and its noise levels. My room was between the lobby hallway and parking lot outside. Frequent enough late-night check-ins and morning departures to disturb sleep. Walls are also on the thinner side-- could hear footsteps upstairs and moaning from one of the adjacent rooms.
