The Space:
Note: Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (currently under maintenance)
Same-day check-in is not allowed for local guests.
Noise rules: Guests must not disturb neighbors and must follow quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
Pest notice: Louisville’s climate can occasionally bring pests like ants or roaches. Routine pest control is in place, and extra service can be arranged if needed.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

Guest Verification & Booking Requirements
To comply with legal and HOA regulations, the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. By completing this reservation, you agree to our rental terms and commit to signing a rental usage agreement.
Prior to check-in, you must successfully pass through our secure verification portal. This requires:
A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
A matching credit card.
Confirmation of your contact information.
A criminal background check (only if mandated by the building or property management).
