We paid for a Suite planning to use the pull out sofa for our teenager. No sheets/pillows/blankets were supplied for this. The phone in our room did not work, so I went down to the lobby to ask for bedding. It was late (almost midnight), but we had just checked in, so someone had just been there... we waited 20 minutes for finally a maintenance person to walk up & ask if I needed help. He didn't know where the bedding was or what size we would need, but was very helpful and found them. We were exhausted after being on the road all day, so this was rough. The breakfast menu advertised on a sign had us looking forward to breakfast the next morning with a vast selection. Unfortunately, there was hardly anything available. The juice machine sprayed water all over when I went to get Orange Juice. I asked at the front desk. It was because the Orange Juice was out. There were eggs and sausage and yogurt, but little else. I saw a few bagels and bread slices, but there was no butter or cream cheese available (even upon asking the front desk again). There was a waffle maker, but the batter was also running out. Mind you, there were 2 hours left of open breakfast, so they just weren't supplied well. The front desk person was very nice & apologetic, but we never saw the breakfast person in charge. We like Best Westerns for their great breakfasts. This was a terrible one. The elevator was sketchy, and our bathroom tile was broken in multiple places. I normally don't leave bad reviews.
