”There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car .”

”Once I walked in to the registration area, I knew this could be a bad decision! I offered the person at the counter the conformation from you (Expedia) she replied; I don't need that we aren't connected to them! I can tell you what i got.... After seeing what she had, I chose the twin beds to place my thing on the other. The chairs were fabric and dirty, dust was all over the ceiling and air conditioner vents, no fire alarm, no phone, the remote for the TV didn't work. The vanity was coming...
