Close to Churchill Downs, Nulu, Bourbon Trail, 264, Tesla station, and downtown. NO SMOKING OR ANIMALS.

The space
Relax and recharge in this brand new duplex. Fully stocked stainless steel kitchen, 55" smart TV, 1.5 baths and 2 brand new bedrooms with King beds, new bath complete with 5-foot shower and two rain shower heads, 1 double sofa bed, a large deck with conversation and dining areas and a large 800 degree grill. Stacked Samsung washer and dryer and free street parking. Separate entrance and no shared spaces.

Not appropriate for younger kids (fabulous double shower, no tub) or folks with mobility issues (stairs between living/sleeping areas.)

We have thought of everything for you! As frequent Airbnb guests and longtime hosts, we know what makes a comfortable and pampering space. Thoughtful touches include blackout blinds, white noise air purifiers, and 100% cotton bedding in each bedroom. We are clean freaks!

The "Barmoire" -- Bar armoire -- is stocked with all your coffee, tea, and cocktail necessities. Just bring your own bourbon;) The beautiful secluded deck is spacious and cozy, perfect for grilling and entertaining.

Please note -- NO smoking or animals anywhere on the property. We share an HVAC and are highly allergic. Our place is really clean with air purifiers in each room, and we wash every stitch of bedding between guests, so if you have allergies or just like a super clean house, we gotcha covered!

All of the spaces shown. Only shared space is driveway. Plenty of free street parking.

Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking or animals on the property. Immediate checkout and $500 cleaning fee for either.

This is a two-story apartment with a flight of stairs between the living/dining/kitchen level and the bedroom level so it's not appropriate for young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Older kids are welcome but we are NOT childproof. The full bath has a fab huge spa shower with 2 rain showerheads -- no tub -- so we are not small-kid friendly.
