This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.



Step into Assault, the Floor 1 Stakes Suite that channels Kentucky's scrappy sports legacy. Named for the 1946 Triple Crown winner, "The Club-Footed Comet," a horse that overcame a serious foot injury as a foal to win it all, Assault is the underdog suite turned champion. The walls are a curated salon of historic Louisville sports moments: Muhammad Ali in the gym, Kentucky Colonels basketball, U of L Cardinals, the long-vanished River Frogs and Ice Hawks, rowing on the Ohio. It's a suite that pairs perfectly with a bourbon-and-sports weekend, pre-game at the suite, walk to the KFC Yum! Center for tip-off, then back to A12. Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.
