This very chill, first floor apartment is ideal for an individual or couple. All new furniture and amenities; smart tv with Netflix and Amazon (no cable), an efficient kitchenette. Located on the border between two of the most popular downtown neighborhoods in Louisville you'll find easy walking to all the popular NULU and Butchertown neighborhood restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries, as well as Lynn Soccer Stadium and Waterfront Park.
The space
The beautiful, 100 year old building the apartment is in makes for a cozy and comfortable space and the neighborhood is truly lovely. Walking distance from the soccer stadium and water front park as well as all the food, drinks and shops of the super popular Nulu and Butchertown neighborhoods.

Keyless entry into both the main door and the apartment makes check in a breeze. There is plenty of free parking available on the street in front of the house.

The house is located at the nexus of two of the most popular and scenic neighborhoods in Louisville, giving you walking distance access to some of the best bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and night life the city has to offer.

We've done our best to anticipate anything you may need, and to sound proof the individual units in the house so that all our guests have a quiet and pleasant stay but be aware that this is an active apartment building with the expected coming and going associated with a lived in space.

Please note that that Cable is not provided. The SMART television has access to Netflix and you can sign into your own Amazon or Hulu accounts. WiFi is provided.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment. The entry hallway is a common space, shared with the two other apartments in the building. Please be considerate and do not slam doors. Please remember to lock the front door to the house upon arrival or departure.
Other things to note
Due to a medical issue we cannot have any animals in this part of the building. This includes service animals.

This is a private apartment in a building with 3 other apartments.

Guests may see other residents coming or going. The only common areas are the entrance hallway to the building.

The apartment has an air purifier and enhanced cleaning before your stay.
