”Room was clean! Nice! What I am disappointed with is the airport shuttle!!! Promoted as 24 hours availability, but not saying it is shared with other hotels!! I called from my room to order the ride, arrived in the lobby as the first of a set looking to get the shuttle to the airport; as I waited I observed the shittle at the hotel across the street at the Hampton. The shuttle then headed to the airport without me and zero communication. In the interest of my own timeliness I hired anUBER and...

”Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back.”
