”This was by far a fantastic find!! The house was extremely clean, drawers and cupboards were well labeled making everything easy to find, bedrooms were super spacious, hot tub was amazing and easy to use, fire pit area was well laid out and very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Check in process was clear and extremely helpful! The house is on a quiet street but a short drive to almost everything. ”I’ve used VRBO for years and have never left a negative review, but this experience raises serious safety and integrity concerns.We booked this home for one night. Upon arrival, the keypad/deadbolt malfunctioned repeatedly, making both entry and securing the home difficult. Inside, there were multiple maintenance issues, including dim lighting, a non-working ceiling fan light, sloping floors and a loose, unresponsive thermostat.The most serious issue occurred when we returned around 12:30 AM....
