Living room (with HI-FI stereo and CD collection, plus plasma TV with 150 channels), dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The villa is located in an idyllic space in the Barrocal region, where silence and nature prevail. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms. Overlooking an extensive area, where the village of Ribeira de Algibre is located, it has a terrace, an extensive outdoor covered corridor, a garden and another terrace with a swimming pool and seating area. It has an outer cover to protect the vehicle from the sun. The adjacent land is extensive and only a part is organized with streets and trees. Flowerbeds decorate the circle of the house. The water comes from a cistern, fed by a borehole, and it is preferable to drink bottled water.
The office with a sofa bed, with a fixed computer, printer and Harman sound system; desk, office supplies and library can be rented by agreement with the owner. You can also rent a car and access the garage for electrical charging.
