The house is entirely single-storey, practical and comfortable, offering an excellent distribution of interior and exterior spaces.



It has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning:

– 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed, single sofa bed and private bathroom with shower

– 1 en-suite bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with shower

– 1 bedroom with two single beds



There is also a third bathroom with shower, ideal for supporting the third bedroom and the common areas of the house.

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

•Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

•Smoking inside the property.

•Presence of guests not included in the booking.

•Parties, excessive noise or failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

•Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

•Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

•Failure to comply with check-out time, by default until 10:00.

•An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

•Key left in the lock.

•Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replaced during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.



For your safety, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.
