The Portland Apartment is a modern and spacious T2 (accommodates 4+3 guests), located on the fourth floor of a complex with an elevator in Vilamoura, famous for its golf courses and marina. Perfect for couples or friends, it is an excellent choice for a holiday in the Algarve.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and other essential appliances. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom, also en-suite, has two single beds. There is also a service bathroom near the comfortable living/dining room.



The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have access to a spacious balcony, equipped with a table, chairs, and a relaxing area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and appreciating the view.



The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, as well as free Wi-Fi. The complex has a large common swimming pool surrounded by lawns.



The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants (5 minutes by car). The nearest beach is 2.5 km away, and the prestigious Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course is nearby, ideal for golf lovers. Aquashow, one of the largest water parks in Europe, is just 10 minutes by car.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.

From the 5th to the 7th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Great stay, fab apartment, couple of things could improve property, welcome pack as in basics

Fab modern apartment, nice walking distance from centre/marina. Few basics could have enhanced stay ie washing up liquid, better quality toilet paper etc

Lovely Apartment and good location.

We had a lovely few days in this spacious 2 bedroom aprt. A couple of things i would say - You could Upgrade your bathroom towels. Supply of beach towels would be helpful. ( i did ask before i came if they would be supplied and was told they were, but they were not and we had to go and purchase them. ( not ideal wihen your only there for a few days) kitchen roll ertc.... would be helpful too. apart from these issues all was good for the few days we were there. thank you very much

Well presented, spotless apartment and pool area. Very convenient shop and bar/restaurant. A welcome pack would have been appreciated as we arrived late and shop closed at 8pm. Apartments called ‘Arandos do Sol’, apartment was listed as ‘Portland’ which was a bit confusing. Only mentioning this as it may help another guest. Lovely walk to Marina. Food and beaches all lovely, cheap taxi’s. Teenagers had some independence, safe neighbourhood. Aquashow water park, family golf and parasailing very much enjoyed while we were there.

Great Condo in a Good Location

Well kept, clean, spacious and modern condo located about a 20 minute walk from the Marina. Golf is a couple/few minutes drive to any of the Dom Pedro courses. The condo is on the 4th floor and has a great view from it's wrap around balcony. The building is clean with adequate outdoor parking. There are 3 restaurants and a SPAR located within steps of the unit... very convenient.

Relaxing apartment

Just got back from Portugal and I can honestly say it’s one best places I have stayed in location was fantastic and very clean and tidy could not fault it at all. Staff were very helpful before and after great place to stay . Thank you!

Super location

My wife and I enjoyed 3 weeks at the Portland apartment in Vilamoura. The apartment offered us everything we could ask. Large space and great view from spacious balcony. Isabel was incredibly helpful. She gave us lots of suggestions ranging from sites to see to restaurants to eat. Very responsive to all our needs. There is a market across the street and a great little restaurant, Sailors corner also just across the street. Easy walking to the marina and convenient to all the golf you could want. Over all it was perfect.

Fantastic sunsets and fantastic living room

We loved this location! The living room is so wide and open with a nice view reaching the ocean far ahead! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated very simple and modern. Few things to improve: - the most relevant is the sound proof, meaning we can hear all the noises from the street like if they were there in our room even with the windows closed. I don’t know if there’s something that can be done to improve. Would help a lot! - I would put curtains in all windows, maybe it could asp help the noise level

What a lovely apartment. Had a great time, weather was fantastic, the apartment is beautiful, was well maintained and everything was clean and tidy. Everything from booking to arrival was made easy and local service staff were very pleasant and helpful !
