Villa Tulipa is a semi detached three bedroom villa located in a prime position between the luxury golfing resorts of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago, only a few minutes drive away from the wonderful local sand dune beaches, excellent local restaurants and exclusive shopping centres that the area has to offer.

Villa Tulipa is furnished to a high standard throughout with an attractive modern interior. Inside the villa is a comfortable homely atmosphere which created by the exquisite furnishing in relaxing pastel shades. Villa Tulipa consists of a comfy lounge area which has large sofas that enclose the centrepiece fireplace, a modern well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room with access to a courtyard and roof terrace. On the ground floor of the villa is one comfy twin bedroom and a shower room. On the first floor there are two cosy twin bedrooms one with an ensuite. There is also an additional bathroom on the first floor. The private swimming pool is at the front of the house with a patio. Air conditioning is throughout the lounge, dining room and bedroom.

From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
