Villa Viva is a luxury, four-bedroom property, located near the popular Vale de Lobo golf and beach resort. From the moment you arrive, there is no option but to relax! The beach and golf-course are both walkable, the supermarket is a short stroll away and there are multiple tasty, restaurants nearby! With two, championship golf courses close to the villa as well, this is a golf-lovers dream, a perfect Algarve retreat!

Throughout the villa, the finishing is a very high-standard, with every comfort and luxury element carefully designed, making it an ideal choice for all-year-round holidays. As you step inside, the stylish living areas open to you, with full-height glass doors opening to the terrace, these sociable spaces are bright and airy. The living and dining area is open-plan, with comfy sofas arranged around a beautiful fireplace and a lovely dining table with seating for eight guests. The modern kitchen, is fully-equipped for your use, there is a breakfast bar and separate breakfast table, alongside doors that open onto a fully-enclosed, private courtyard, perfect for kids to play, whilst the adults are whipping up some tasty meals! There are two en-suite, twin bedrooms on this floor, one opens to the courtyard, the other to the pool terrace. Stepping up to the first floor, this unique property offers two master bedroom suites! Vale do Lobo is a first class resort, set in a superb location, a short distance from the best beaches along the Algarve coastline. Faro Airport is conveniently located under 30-minutes away.

In 2013, it was voted the top golf destination in the country, and the area boasts some of the most renowned championship courses such as Pinheiros Altos and San Lorenzo. Playing a round here will pose demanding challenges even to the most skilled golfer!

The heart of the resort's social life can be found at the "Praca", the central square located at the entrance to the beach, just a very short car journey from the villa. Here, selected restaurants serve local delicacies alongside a selection of luxury boutiques, bustling bars and clubs, an art gallery, a beachfront swimming pool and a children's play area. Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

During the cooler winter months underfloor heating is available. There is an additional charge of £200 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel).

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £300 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

The tax of 1-2 Euros per person aged 16 years and older to be paid to Oliver's Travels, will be applied for a maximum of 5 nights. Low Season - between November 1st and March 31st - 1€ per night. High Season - between April 1st and October 31st - 2€ per night.
