”Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys.”

”The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.”

”This is such a cute place! Enjoying the sun on the deck right on the water was lovely. Everything is nicely updated. Good communication from the host and you can tell she really cares about the quality of her property and values her guests.”

”The kids and chaperones were playing a game inside and outside and sat on or against the hot tub cover, and the owner cursed and yelled at them over the outdoor camera. It was very unprofessional to curse at and yell at young people like that. The chaperone tried to have a reasonable conversation but the host continued to yell and curse at her over the camera. She ruined their one night in Kodiak. We will not stay with this host or at any of her properties again.”

”Regrettably, no parade was thrown in my honor upon checking in. In retrospect, no one made an attempt on my life wile there, so it may be a good place to hide from assassins. The house was clean and comfortable. host made it easy to extend a day when needed. highly recommended.”
