”Staff was the best, got to check in early for free… My stay was a 10/10 I will be returning in a couple months! Only thing I will say is that it’s a $100 incidental fee for every night you stay… I think that’s really high but you get to use it for room service and stuff… pool and spa 10/10 the gym had so many things everything was just perfect! Highly recommend staying there”

”I forgot to ask for the food voucher. But I did get my parking free, after help from an assistant. The hotel itself was great! It was clean, and the room was just right. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We used the shuttle to go to dinner, and the app, car and driver were all excellent.”

”Great location close to Galleria mall. Very well maintained hotel. Great staff, quick check-in. Fast elevator, easy self- or valet parking at a convenient rate. Bar, restaurant on site but plenty of dining options outside the hotel. Great price, too. I fully recommend it.”
