”I had a great stay overall, and the hotel was very nice and clean. However, there was a lack of urgency when it came to meeting certain requests. I had to call multiple times for extra towels, and no one came, so I eventually had to step into the hallway to ask housekeeping directly. Aside from that, I would definitely consider staying here again.”

”Everything was perfect! Wish I could've stayed longer. I left my cellphone in a Lyft and the Mgr. at the front desk logged into his computer, contacted Lyft and my phone was returned that evening. Amazing customer service ”
