”Rooms are filthy,not cleaned out from the last guest's. Doors don't have security locks. Pile of someone's clothes and undergarments were in the stairs the duration of the stay. Beds are horrible, steel frames with about 2" of nasty uneven covering. Bathroom sink looked like someone threw up in it, and it was left that way.
Floor tiles in the room were cracked, missing pieces and filthy with some kind of dried fluid stains and debris all over. Rear window had no screen and the room was full of...

”Many things were dirty!
There were sodas left in our room, no interior shower curtain….. felt grimy dirty floors.
Breakfast felt and tasted stale, no hot food.
Everything had been turned off.
