”I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didn’t reserve online as I’m showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. It’s 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How?”

”We stayed at multiple Super 8 facilities on our road trip. This one was the worst on the trip. They said they just finished cleaning and thought great! -- The room stunk of a floral scent so we had to leave the windows open for fresh air. We could not get hot water to happen at all so no shower in the morning. But that was okay because there was some hair on the rim of the walk in shower stall. It seemed to be an ADA unit but the toilet was low. It had a coffee pot but no coffee. The breakfast...

”I reserved room for my husband with his CC, he arrived and they would not let him check in because I reserved the room and I was not there even through they could see his CC on file for the room. absolute BS, they did not offer to cancel reservation and check him in get a room without reservation having rooms available.”

”Stayed two nights while traveling through Ontario. The room was functional, but there were several issues. At check-in, the front desk employee told me to check out the next day before 11 AM even though my reservation was clearly for two nights. When I pointed this out, there was no clarification or apology, which created unnecessary concern. The room layout was awkward, there was only one chair despite the room sleeping multiple guests, and the electrical setup was inconvenient with a power...

”The room was impeccable in it’s cleanliness and the staff was excellent.The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature for my sore travel worn muscles. I will stay there every time I am in Meridian,or the surrounding area!”

”I stayed for a week and the clerk were awesome and helpful but the manager when I spoke to her about getting my bed changed about 4 days in acted like it was putting her out and said she would get to it if she had time. Place was filthy I wouldn't recommend”
