”Could not get shower to work so called and was informed that sometimes you have to pull real hard to get it to work. I feel the price you pay you should not have to fight to take a shower in the morning. Shower was a handicap shower and there would be no way a handicap person could get the shower to work. Was told next time you just need to call the front desk and have someone come down to room. ”
