”Wet carpet and a broken phone in our first room. Staff quickly moved us down the hallway to a suitable room. Our three night stay resulted in only one visit from housekeeping, but three incidents of the key cards not working and needing staff assistance to reset them. Dirty elevator with a sticky floor and broken buttons held on with scotch tape. Breakfast was plentiful and hot as promised. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and what you would expect from this property level....

”The desk staff were not very courteous and very unprofessional. The breakfast was not very good. The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times.”
