Lounais-Minnesota Hotellit

”The room we stayed in was good. Others were not as clean.”

”Great location! Staff was very nice and everything was new and clean. Excellent outside area for my dog!”

”We had been working in the area and started here for 3 nights. I got to my room and there was a dehumidifier in the middle of the room and it smelled super musty and damp. There was no refrigerator, no clock and a super small TV on top of the closet. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was like ice. Breakfast didn't open till 630 so most workers like myself missed out. On the last morning I stayed for breakfast and it was old bagels convince store muffins, old boiled eggs and of course...

”We were disappointed in the wedding party that was held on first floor below our window. The music was loud and interrupted our sleep until after 1:00 am even though there were signs specifying the quiet hours were from 10:00 pm -8:00 am.”

”Cleanliness was good, though please adequately stock the rooms with extra toilet paper would be nice, had to get extra at front desk. And the shower tub combo, expect to take a bath. Front desk advised how to operate not the best mechanism shower head. Overall okay.”

”We were extremely pleased with our entire stay! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in our experience. They took the time to chat with us during check-in and again after breakfast, asking how we enjoyed the new breakfast offerings and whether everything was going well with our stay. It was refreshing to see staff who truly cared about their guests and took pride in providing excellent service. The...

”The freezer section of refrigerator needs defrosted.”

”Beautiful Clean Room with Friendly Staff--So Nice! The parking was simple, well lit and safe. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options to choose from and the coffee flowed freely! Had a perfect stay at AmericInn by Wyndham Mankato Event Center! Would absolutely recommend staying here!”

”Very clean, beds were very comfortable. Easy access for handicapped. The only thing that was lacking was breakfast”

”If there isn't daily room cleaning leave more coffee in the rooms. And coffee lids would be nice”

”The whole setup was awesome”

”Nice quiet rooms for our family.”

”The only time we saw anyone was when we checked in, after that there was no one there the rest of the time, till we left. The ice machine did not work, there wasn't any pop machine or snack machine, you had to walk to the gas station. The locks on the doors were iffy at best. Very small tv in room. $200.00 for just a room with no pool or anything else. It did have good water pressure in the shower.”

”The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. There was continental and also hot breakfast.”

”Best Western Plus is always a great experience, would recommend.”
