”This is a huge hotel and there were many guests. It is located near I-44 in a business and residential area. It is old (seven for hallway ceilings) but well kept. Check in was quick and straight forward. Our room was clean and fairly spacious. We were a LONG way from the breakfast and front lobby, but we were able to drive around to a convenient entry. ”very clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. plenty of parking. 'very effecient and courteous desk clerk. When I was checking in there were several in front of me and several more arrived right after me. The clerk did not get razzeled and maintained her compusure. She apologized but had no reason to for the extra time it was taking to register me but again there were several groups arriving at the same time. The cost for the room was very fair for the lodging.”

”This stay was a disappointment. The facility needs updates and thorough cleaning. Furniture in our room was stained, torn, or frayed. The carpet had been vacuumed, but not cleaned for a long time: walking barefoot or stocking foot left the soles of our clean feet or socks nearly black! Pillows are beyond wimpy! So are the towels. Bathroom counter was scarred. Listed hours for swimming pool were 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, but it was closed in the morning until AFTER 10:30 AM for DAILY cleaning! ...
