”Very clean, we were never bothered by anyone, and just a general beautiful setting for a weekend getaway.”

”The room was in excellent condition and clean! Although,I have only one complaint…there was a considerable amount of squirrel dung on the patio porch. In the morning I swept up the dung, went out for activities and when we returned home for the evening there was just as much dung and it was accompanied with flies. It put a damper on our evening plans to relax and enjoy the sun setting. Otherwise all else was marvelous.”

”The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass.”

”It was a very nice condo and was great for our family to be together. Nice quiet location and we love staying at Pointe Royal when we visit Branson.”

”This property is conveniently located in walking distance from the mall and dozens of restaurants and easy to get to right in the center of Springfield. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. ”

”Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and peaceful. We were able to walk to most places on the resort and was nice to be able to come back from being gone to quiet . ”
