”There were dirty towels from previous guests on back of bathroom door, carpets need a good scrubbing as well as air conditioner filter, cabinets, lights and corners of all areas. Enjoyed our stay and very pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality, Greg and Juanita from Orange, Texas.”

”Nice place at the lake and cute atmosphere in the room, it was also very clean. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy and quick to use the laundry. You could choose your breakfast options in advance and it was brought into your room. The walls are very thin so the traffic could be easily heard through the night. The cars were not a problem but the trains make terrible noise. Otherwise peaceful area outside the town. ”

”1 king bed, non-smoking room. Wall mounted window A/C unit that worked great. Room was VERY clean, staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, very easily accessible location, reasonable amount of parking. We came for a wedding and stayed 4 nights. The only thing I can think to complain about is that the bathroom window is the only ventilation for the shower, which didn't cause any issue for us but might in colder months. Full size mini fridge with freezer, Microwave, TV, decent wifi. When we left...

”I absolutely love staying here and anytime I come to the area this is the spot I stay! The owner is a sweet heart; I have put in requests (I’m disabled) and she had met them if she had the power to! There was a time of a family emergency and I had to bring my niece and nephew with me while my sister was in the hospital; she was understanding and supportive! If I could I’d give 10/10!”
