”Room was clean, staff front desk young lady was very helpful and understanding and breakfast attendant is very nice and communicative. Pool could be better maintained and cleaned due to bugs. It was too cold to swim in, maybe a heated pool would be nice in future? Otherwise my family especially with my baby, we enjoyed our stay! ”

”Could not turn on the A/C room stayed between 74 & 76 degrees”

”Place looked nice. Had ants in the bathroom. Sink was still dirty with a nat and hairs with what looked like sand. Smelled like fetta. There were kids in the hot tub until it closed. You have to hike a hill if the upper parking lot and handicapped spaces are full, with a lot of cars with no placard or plates. No conceirge to help. No carts to assist. So keep circling. Fitness room was good. ”

”We stayed one night and had booked two rooms. In the hotels.com booking I had requested a quiet room and repeated this at check-in. At night I couldn't understand what the terrible noise was every now and then - until I got up and saw it was train traffic as the railroad is very close. Not much sleep. My friend had better luck with the room not facing the railroad. The room itself was good size and otherwise okay, a regular Hampton Inn room.”
