”Entire premises were very clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fantastic…way more available than we anticipated and everything was fresh and hot. Coffee in the lobby was very good, too.”

”I called and was told there was an airport shuttle but once there that was not true. I had not checked the website which stated such. The hotel refunded money the money even with non cancel but Expedia does not refund money. Very disappointed as I use Expedia for my travel. We canceled and stayed elsewhere. Tge area and property were not great. Smoking of weed in parking lot when we arrived.”

”I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

”Every time we stay at a Drury we are never disappointed. Between the friendly staff and the amenities that are available we are always pleased with our stays. We enjoy the free breakfast, happy hour and snack time. Whether it’s our hungry football team or baseball team the Drury always comes through with the food amenities. The pool is always a hit too. Rooms are quiet and clean.”

”The hotel was right across the street from our event. Very convenient. The staff was very helpful even though we had an issue with the reservation the morning desk clear clerk helped me to understand what happened. From here on I will note use a third party when booking my reservation.”
