”The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped.”

”The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...
