”Customer service from employees was great! But other than that… I won’t be staying here again, within 5 minutes of being in my room, a roach came crawling down the door frame while using the restroom.. then majority of the night I could hear people arguing and banging stuff; slamming doors, straight through the vent in the bathroom.. I was trying to work in my room and had to leave a few hours and got no sleep because I was tired of hearing the bs… I greatly appreciate the hospitality and kind...

”Check is was friendly. Room and Bath were clean and simple. Facility is older, think 60s - 70s motel. It was perfect for one night sleep.”

”Horrible flooring, carpet worn out, AC window unit not secured could see outside around the edges, towels were dirty, NO Office to check in with, personnel lives in room 3, no outlet to plug into, I decided it was so substandard I did NOT STAY & I want my money back. The photos online are NOT of this facility. False advertising & I am reporting this to the State of OK AG”

”1st there were no towels I had to walk back to the office to get toweld and another thread bare blanket to go with the one that was on the bed. No bedspread, the room smelled like mildew and a slight off smell that was smoke. No smake detector. No soap, glad I brought my own. No microwave til late the next day after 2 calls to the office and 1 trip to do a face to face with the office. Roaches!!! But the outside was even worse, people walking arpund selling sex & drugs, offering up their wares...

”Terrible, wouldn’t stay here. Room had a foul smell, AC wasn’t working, and there were stains all over the bed comforter. I had “checked in” for all of 5 mins saw the room and headed back to the front desk, hotel has denied a refund entirely, and I can’t get ahold of the manager. And Expedia has been no help either. ”

”The room was not cleaned they were spraying bug spray spray paint the room smelled of mold the television didnt work they wanted you to put in your own credentials to even watch television the tv in on side wouldnt even work there was no furniture flies all in there not my type of room. We left right after we seen the room and went down the road to super 8 motel which cost me $88. The room at the other place was $73.00 that I believe should of been returned to me cause we didnt stay there at all...
