”Everything was very easy. The room was very clean. It was very enjoyable stay.”

”My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the bathroom shower curtain was extremely dirty. There was no hair dryer in the room, and the bed sheets were stained and appeared unwashed (I have uploaded photos as evidence). It seemed that housekeeping simply remade the bed using the same dirty sheets instead of replacing them. The A/C in the room was so dirty. The customer service was equally disappointing. ”Staff were very friendly, room was fun with great lodge theme to the rooms. Would have liked somewhere to sit other than the beds but otherwise exactly what we expected. Acoustics between rooms are not great. We had a bit of a domestic dispute next to us one night thay then spilled out to the balcony in front of our window. Staff were quick to try to respond to manage but it still disrupted an otherwise enjoyable stay.”
